Bulk Density
Inline Analysis measures the actual bulk density in the product, using a patented combined sampling and loss-of-weight technology. Knowing the sampling cup size and the actual sample weight makes it possible to calculate bulk density. The system is designed for both hot/cold and moist/dry extruded products. Inline Analysis can measure the actual bulk density every 30 seconds, which eliminates or considerably reduces quality problems and ensures a production of high measuring repeatability.

The unique bulk density measuring accuracy for all type of pellets ensures superior control over essential key processing equipment such as, for example, extruders.
Running frequent bulk density analyses eliminates or considerably reduces quality problems such as over- or under-filled bags, poor mouth-feel, low starch gelatinization level, floating (aquatic feed), and poor fat & oil absorption.
