Inline Analysis Test Center

Try our sampling and analysis technologies on you dry bulk product and learn how to sufficiently oprate and maintain them.

Test these analysis technologies

In our Inline Analysis Test Center we have sampling and analysis technologies primarily suited for extruded feed and food production as well as industrial non-food products.

Our Bulk Density System – BDS™ as well as our Automated Quality Analysis – AQA (The AQA is Built on request) technologies set up for testing.

With these technologies, you can test your product for:

  • Bulk Density
  • Moisture index
  • Moisture with hot oven principle (free versus bound moisture)

The analysis data is delivered in an Excel-file (which can later be set up for your plant controls system, e.g SCADA).
We have laboratorie equipment used to validate the technologies’ measuring data.

How we do dry bulk product testing

After a good dialogue about your intentions and an agreements on us doing a test:

  1. You send us a sample of you dry bulk product
  2. We run the desired analysis on our BDS™ or AQA™ technology. The sampling is of course done manually, not automated, in the test center setup.
  3. We review the analysis data collected in an Excel-file
  4. We verify the measurements of particular interest with our laboratorie equipment
  5. We document the test with video
  6. Finally, we evaluate our findings and send you all our test data and videos

A test like this is used for proof-of-concept and is generally followed by an in-depth needs and requirements meeting, and a commissioning project.
