Get the exact training you need

We support you in choosing our technologies by offering training for your employees. Your success is our success.

In close dialogue with you, we tailor your training and Test Center tests to your needs (individually and as a group):

  • What is your pre-existing level of technical knowledge?
  • Which of the equipment you are interested in operating?
  • How do you transfer the learnings to operating with your specific product, in your given facility and exact job function at home?

Besides teaching you new skills and getting you familiar with our technology, we really enjoy customer visits! We hope to assist you over a long period of time, so building long-term relationships is very important to us and our shared success.

Training remotely or in-person?

Some training can be done both in-person and remotely. By remote training, we mean joining an online meeting from your facility, and we give you training or perform a processing test for you live. Some PowerHeater™ tests or inline analysis tests are sufficiently done remotely.

Operational training might require personal attendance and a Test Center visit. These trainings entail learning the craftsmanship of important manual processes and tasks. And therefore we usually do operational training in our fully-equipped PowerHeater™ Test Center in person.

Come back anytime

After a while, you and your team might benefit from follow-up training. Both old and new employees can get an operational brush-up, and we can troubleshoot and optimize your processing together. Operational technical training

After you purchase our technologies a commissioning phase usually starts, that includes training your employees to an operational level.

The on-site workshop (at your facility) consist of:

  • Introduction to our technology (both processing and inline analysis technologies)
  • Training in operating the technology
  • Test runs
  • Training in disassembling and cleaning
  • Training in basic maintenance (technical staff)
