What does it do?

The FlexiCut™️ can cut hot product directly from any PowerHeater™️ model. The patented technology is ideal for processing fibrous product into various sizes like cubes, chunks or strips for various food service or pet food products.

The adjustable cutting helps change product characteristics during the cutting process. Compared with other cutting systems, the FlexiCut™️ does not require long setup times for specific product sizes. Changes take effect within seconds.

What are the FlexiCut™️ features?

Our high capacity in-line FlexiCut™️ technology gives multiple product sizing possibilities.

  • Size: 1.5 x 1.7 x 1.8 meters / 61 x 67 x 69 inches

  • Capacity: being a unique in-line cutter, the FlexiCut™️ follows all capacities of any PowerHeater™️ model seamlessly

  • Cutting frequency: 6-1000 cuts per minute

  • Continuous production with our trusted Service Level Agreements (SLA)

FlexiCut™️ details

  • Conveyor belt for product discharge

    After the cutting inside the FlexiCut™️ the product gets discharged onto the blue conveyor belt. Depending on you down-stream processing line you can connect the FlexiCut™️ conveyor belt to a manual bin or another conveyor system of your choice.

  • Access to adjustable knives

    In the cutting process you have the option of zero, two or four patented slicing knives in one direction, as well as choice of perpendicular cross-cutting knives suited for a variation of visual product expressions.

  • Product size examples

    The FlexiCut's flexible cutting speed gives you a number of final product sizes and applications. From minced product of approximately 3x3 mm size to large natural looking strips of 15 x 70 mm size.
