Service Level Agreements

Get the service level you desire

When you buy our technology we can make you a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that is perfectly suited to you and your purchase.

With our traveling Technical Service team and global Distributor network possibly closest to you we can support you anywhere.

Based on your exact equipment type and its location we make a customized agreement, that can contain some of these options:

  • support phone calls
  • remote technical support
  • equipment-specific consumables (spare parts), based on your expected processing volume
  • spare part package, sent with your purchase to keep stored – to cut away spare part shipping time, for both on-site and remote technical support
  • on-site technical services, e.g. yearly/half-year-visits with the Mechanical Condition Analysis report (MCA)
  • duration of your Service Level Agreement (SLA), and extension possibilities
    … and other technical service and support wishes you might have

We will align on what is not included, e.g. recipe and application support or technical support with connected upstream/down-stream technologies, which costs in general fall on who, and when, etc.

One thing is for sure – we will do everything we can to ensure efficient high-performance processing and a long lifespan of your new technology.
